I am happy to say that I have kept the 20lbs off this holiday season that I’ve lost this last year we are about to say goodbye to. I did it with Weight Watchers! I swear by this program. If you are one of those people who have tried everything to loose in every way, just like me…then just try it for three months and I promise if you stick with your daily points, that you will loose. Slowly but surely my weight has dropped off and it’s finally staying off too!!

Homemade apple sauce is so easy to make. It’s a wonderful thing to make your baby. I like to do this because it allows me to pick out organic apples and feed the baby the absolute freshest nutritious apple sauce available. So here’s what you do…peel your apples, cut the core out and then cut the rest of the apple into slices or cubes. put the apples that you have just prepared into a pot and then put just enough water to steam the apples; but do not cover the apples with the water completely. If you have a steamer, then just steam the apples. Both ways work just as well. Steam the apples until you can stick a fork through them to make sure their soft. Once the apples are ready, you can blend them up and add the water that you used to boil them to make them as mushy as needed. Since apples already have a lot of water in them, you probably wont need to add much water to it. Make sure you cool the apple sauce before feeding your baby and have fun!
